This policy covers ideoura.com and the trial subdomains we operate (e.g. sap.ideoura.com, sign.ideoura.com, hrms.ideoura.com, bakery.ideoura.com, project.ideoura.com, ticket.ideoura.com) and help.ideoura.com.

• Admin session cookie — a technical cookie is set only when our staff log into the internal admin dashboard. Regular visitors browsing the public site never receive this cookie.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

• Email delivery — contact form messages are sent via Gmail/Google Workspace SMTP.
• WhatsApp — our WhatsApp chat button opens a conversation on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — see Section 4.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms; we only share what's needed for them to perform their function for us.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We retain enquiry and trial-request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver a requested service, and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Automatic visit logs are retained for a limited operational period for security and analytics purposes.
